Jeff The Killer's Insane Look! :3

I drew this a while ago and I forgot to submit this until now, which I find is one of the most creepiest face emotion drawings I've ever drawn in my life, I've also been doing my best to improve with drawing different emotions too. Haha!

Creeeeeeeeeeeepy......It's like as if he's staring into whoever he's staring's soul! (I wonder who's!?...)
