Description
Here is the lineart version of the art trade that afterlined requested so far (which is the villain "Mad Mod" from Teen Titans but, he is in his elder form as you can see. I say form as although that's his actual self/age there, he uses the cane to turn him back into his youthful self again, so I kind'a class it as a "form" haha.) 
It looks like old Mad Mod has found his new victim (to steal their youth) that has snuck into his little secret lair but, has been caught and it's too late to stop him and his evil plans.....better run before he casts a spell on you with his cane *mwahahaaaaa!*
